About Andre "Drunken Master" Harris
Andre “Drunken Master” Harris is a motivational speaker, music industry consultant, producer, artist, thought-provoking storyteller, and certified street legend. He uses his unique perspectives, creativity, and leadership skills to uplift others and teach valuable lessons.
Born into the mean streets of Detroit’s East Side, Andre began his career as an underground strip club DJ while simultaneously managing his heavy presence in the streets. His popularity and stock grew when he began a music career as a producer of underground hip-hop mix tapes (and CD’s), which led to a legendary career as a rap artist on Universal Records. He has worked with many record labels supporting major & minor artist while launching successful careers of some of the top names in the business.
In 2016, Drunken Master was sentenced to 10 years in federal prison. During his incarceration, he noticed how his fellow inmates were fascinated with the stories he would tell around the prison yard and that led to the newest chapter of his extraordinary career, becoming a writer.
In 2023, Andre received one of the most important calls of his life, He was 1 of 31 incarcerated people out of 1,000's to be granted clemency by President Biden. Since that day Andre “Drunken Master” Harris has been on a mission to write his novels and make up for lost time due to his unwise choices!
